We will gather Information and assist you in determining a plan of treatment as well as an admission date and time.

Funding Sources and Payment Options
W4C Outpatient Counseling & Addiction Services

W4C accepts Ohio Medicaid (Including Caresource, United Healthcare, Molina, Buckeye, Aetna) Insurance and self-pay for all clinical services. A sliding fee scale Is available for those who qualify.
W4C will not deny anyone access to clinical services due to the Inability to pay.
W4C Residential Recovery Program

Insurance does not cover the residential portion of the residential recovery program. We understand that it is common for people in addiction to have financial challenges. Our goal is to work through these barriers by utilizing various options such as sponsors, monthly payment plans, scholarships (if available), etc. to ensure successful entry into the program. Payment options will be determined during the admissions process.
